Position: Higher Level Teaching Assistant (HLTA) - Full Time Hours
Location: OL11
Contract: Full Time Long Term - October 2025 - July 2026
Start Date: October 2026
Year group: Year 2
Responsibilities
* Support classroom learning, assisting with lesson delivery and providing tailored support for students.
* Work closely with teaching staff to implement plans for students with additional needs.
* Lead small group activities and offer one-to-one support as required.
* Contribute to monitoring and assessment of students’ progress and help maintain a positive, inclusive, and engaging learning environment.
* Provide 20–40% of classroom teaching where required.
Qualifications
* HLTA qualification or equivalent and experience working with children in a school environment. ECTs are encouraged to apply.
* Strong communication and teamwork skills; ability to work independently and use initiative.
* Passion for helping children succeed academically and socially.
