Within this mobile plumbing role, you will be responsible for plumbing installation on commercial building and both reactive and planned commercial maintenance. Your mobile commercial plumber role will include:
* Installations (Plumbing)
* Plumbing works
* Weekly / Monthly site duties
* Flushing and water treatment
* Fan Coil Unit Servicing
* Air Handling Unit Servicing
* Attend to Callouts including out of hours call out rota
* Pump Set Servicing & Installation
* Fault finding
To join this company and be successful as a commercial mobile plumber in the London region, we are looking for:
* Level 3 City and Guilds / NVQ plumbing and heating qualification
* G3 Unvented
* Experience of commercial building services plumbing
* Mechanical plant room experience
* Experience of working in a mobile role previously
* Happy to drive in central London
