Crew Coordinator - Join a FastMoving, PeopleFocused Operations Team!

Full Time/Permanent


Salary: Up to £32k DOE

We're working exclusively with a fantastic Glenrothes-based client who is looking for a Crew Coordinator to join their brilliant operations team. This is an exciting opportunity to step into a role that's central to project delivery, people management, and seamless logistical coordination.

What You'll Be Doing


As the Crew Coordinator, you'll be the go-to person for ensuring projects are fully supported with the right people, at the right time. Your day-to-day will include:


Planning & Scheduling



1. Coordinating personnel deployment in line with project timelines

2. Managing crew rotations and tracking availability

3. Updating and maintaining planning systems

4. Working closely with Project Managers and Technical Teams



People & Administration



5. Keeping personnel records accurate and up-to-date

6. Tracking training, medicals, and certification expiry dates

7. Ensuring compliance with client and industry requirements

8. Liaising with recruitment partners to source additional talent when needed



️ Travel & Logistics



9. Arranging international and domestic travel, accommodation, and transfers

10. Handling visas, documentation, and travel packs

11. Making sure personnel have all information required for mobilisations



Communication & Team Support



12. Acting as the main point of contact for crew queries and updates

13. Supporting internal departments with personnel information

14. Taking minutes during meetings and ensuring actions are followed through



What We're Looking For



15. Experience in crewing, logistics, operations, workforce coordination, or a similar role

16. Amazing organisational and multitasking skills

17. Someone who stays cool under pressure and can handle lastminute changes

18. A friendly communicator who loves being part of a team

19. Confident with admin, planning tools, scheduling systems, and IT



Bonus Points For:



20. Experience in technical or engineering environments

21. Knowledge of certification and training requirements

22. Experience arranging international travel and documentation

23. Familiarity with rotation planning
