What You'll Lead
As the head of the Sales function, you'll shape strategy, inspire a talented team, and unlock new commercial opportunities. You'll be the driving force behind revenue, margin delivery, and customer success, working hand-in-hand with the Managing Director.
What You'll Do
Build, coach, and develop a high‑impact Sales team
Craft and execute customer-led sales strategies
Strengthen key account relationships and win new business
Drive revenue, volume, and margin targets
Monitor KPIs, profitability, and budget performance
Present commercial insights and forecasts at senior level
Spot market trends and recommend new product/channel opportunities
Collaborate with NPD, Operations, Supply Chain & Marketing
What You'll Bring
Strong communication & negotiation skills
Proven sales experience (Retail or Food Service) within a food manufacturing business is essential
Leadership experience with a track record of success
Excellent organisation & commercial acumen
Degree preferred, or equivalent experience
Full UK driving licence
