Key Responsibilities of a Sales Team Manager: Lead a team of Inbound Sales Agents to achieve and exceed individual and team sales targets. Monitor and analyse key metrics to drive improvements in sales effectiveness, service delivery, and customer satisfaction. Provide continuous support through one-to-one coaching, structured training, and performance feedback to enhance team members' skills, confidence, and results. Ensure the team consistently achieves or surpasses agreed KPIs, revenue goals, and service quality benchmarks, maintaining focus on both volume and value. Use data-driven insights to identify opportunities for growth, process optimisation, and improved customer outcomes. Work collaboratively with departments to align strategies, share insights, and contribute to broader business objectives. Ensure team operations fully comply with FCA regulations, GDPR requirements, and internal policies. Delivering regular training, updates, and process enhancements to maintain high standards.
