The company runs a network of modern, high-welfare rearing farms supplying major processors and partners within the poultry industry. They are now seeking a hands-on Rearing Farm Manager to take responsibility for the day-to-day running of one of their key sites in Romney Marsh. The Role As Rearing Farm Manager, you’ll ensure pullets are reared to the required weight, welfare, and uniformity standards. You’ll oversee all aspects of bird health and environment from day-old chicks through to transfer, managing feed, water, lighting, and ventilation to achieve top performance. You’ll maintain accurate records, and uphold strict biosecurity and welfare standards. A practical, proactive approach and keen attention to detail are essential.
