What you will do
* Lead and manage a team of social workers, providing supervision and guidance to ensure effective safeguarding practice.
* Develop and monitor team plans to ensure the delivery of high-quality services aligning with organisational standards.
* Engage in complex case management to safeguard children and families within the community.
* Collaborate with multi-disciplinary teams and external stakeholders to enhance service delivery and outcomes.

Requirements for the Team Manager role
* Degree or equivalent qualification in social work.
* Current registration with Social Work England.
* Proven managerial experience, ideally as a Team Manager or in a similar leadership role.
* Extensive frontline experience within Children’s Services in safeguarding.
