Key Responsibilities
1. Identify and eliminate failure modes across production assets though focused projects and improvements.
2. Understanding of Condition Monitoring Techniques (vibration, acoustic, thermography) to drive proactive/predictive maintenance.
3. Sound Understanding of Lubrication Principles.
4. Work closely with our client to ensure delivery of Condition Based Monitoring program and identify Energy saving opportunities.
5. Analysis and reporting of CMMS data for improvement opportunities (MTBF, MTTR etc)
6. Delivery of Site/Project KPI metrics.
7. Use CMMS data to optimise existing Asset Care Strategy
Skills and Experiences
8. Hold relevant Electrical / Mechanical qualifications ie C&G/NVQ/HNC
9. Understanding of Condition Monitoring Techniques (vibration, acoustic, thermography).
10. Sound Understanding of Lubrication Principles.
11. It is expected that you should have a good Industrial maintenance engineering background and have an understanding of Reliability techniques such as Root Cause Analysis (RCA) and Reliability Centred Maintenance (RCM)
12. Have a proven track record dealing with, maintaining and improving mechanical and electrical equipment and services.
13. Strong communication skills both written and verbal
14. Able to communicate with all levels
15. Ability to work within a team environment
16. Strong analytical skills
