Role
The Deputy Store Manager will manage and develop the shop team, raise funds to support Oxfam’s work worldwide, and promote Oxfam’s values.
Qualifications & Experience
* Proven track record of supervising and motivating a diverse retail team
* Experience in a retail environment with a strong customer service focus and hands‑on approach
* Right to work in Northern Ireland / UK
