We are striving to build a centralised control tower, as part of this evolution we have an exciting new opportunity as a Network Planning Team Leader. Within this role you will be working across both the TCL and M&S Foods business units aligned to either the North or South region. As a Network Planning Team Leader you will be responsible for leading and motivating the network planning team to produce the most efficient transport plans for our depots and associated customers, whilst adhering to strict service requirements. The Network Planning Team Leader will be responsible for driving the performance of their region, working an 4 on / 4 off shift pattern 12 hours working collaboratively with operational teams to drive continuous efficiency improvements.
