Education & Event Coordination Support Head of Education with planning and execution of brand events Including; Research and coordinate venues, logistics, contracts, stock and equipment Manage course preparation, registrations, onsite support and pack-down Maintain accurate documentation, booking summaries and post-event reporting Travel to events across the UK (evenings/weekends required) ?? Salon Ambassador & Educator Support Manage community of salon ambassadors Including Maintain accurate records and manage commitments Organise NPL and product focus rollouts with education materials Ensure educators have accurate, up-to-date resources Support in-salon education initiatives and collaborations Drive engagement around community ?? Community & Social Media Management Own day-to-day management of @welovemoroccanoiluk Instagram Create engaging content including Reels, stories and posts Collaborate with Education and Marketing on campaign themes Stay ahead of trends and proactively grow the channel Capture content at events and education sessions Build and nurture an engaged salon ambassador community What Were Looking For Experience in event coordination and community management Strong organisational and project management skills Confident content creator with experience managing Instagram Strong copywriting skills and attention to detail Experience usingCanva and proficient in Microsoft Office Self-motivated, proactive and solutions-focused Excellent communication and relationship-building skills Willingness to travel and work flexibly around events Youll Thrive If You Are: Energetic and eager to learn Creative with a strong visual eye Highly organised and detail-driven Comfortable balancing operational tasks with creative output Accountable and reliable Why Join Us?
