Fixed term contract until 31st July 2025 We are seeking to recruit an Administrator on our Payroll team. The role will involve but is not limited to the following: Key tasks and responsibilities: To complete filing review and manage paper documentation for destruction Manual handling of paper files Review and management of electronic filing Essential Skills and Attributes: Excellent IT skills in MS Word, Excel Attention to detail and accuracy Good oral/written skills Ability to plan own workload to ensure deadlines are met Proactive and enthusiastic approach to tasks Security vetting and checks: If you are successful, you will need to comply with the government’s Baseline Personnel Security Standard Verification process, this includes a basic criminal record check which will identify any “unspent” convictions.
