Finance Business Partner
Castle Donington – 2 - 3 days per week at site
£55,000 + car allowance + bonus
We are partnering exclusively with a business based in Castle Donington who are looking to recruit a Finance Business Partner to support one of its key regions. Key Responsibilities will include:
Financial Planning & Analysis
* Assist in the preparation of monthly management accounts and reports
* Support the forecasting and annual budgeting process
* Assist in annual stock revaluation
Business Partnering & Performance Management
1. Be a key finance contact for commercial, sales, and operational staff
2. Provide accurate, timely, and insightful financial analysis to senior management and key stakeholders
3. Lead discussions on business performance, budget reviews, and cost management to align financial objectives with business strategy
