What You’ll Be Doing: Preparing and painting vehicles to the highest standard in line with manufacturer and insurance guidelines. Colour matching, blending, and applying finishes with precision and care. Ensuring all paintwork meets Gemini’s strict quality standards. Maintaining a clean, safe, and efficient workspace and using paint mixing systems correctly. About You: Previous experience as a Vehicle Paint Technician or Refinisher. Skilled in modern paint application techniques, including water-based and solvent-based systems. A strong eye for detail with a passion for delivering top-quality finishes.
