We’ve got the dream job for someone creative who lives and breathes social.
We’re on the lookout for a full‑time Social & Content Executive to join our in‑house marketing team, working across Public and Peter Pizzeria, two growing independent hospitality brands. You’ll work alongside the Marketing Manager, but you’ll need to be highly self‑driven, organised, and proactive in your day‑to‑day.
Our spaces come alive when the people do, so you’ll spend time also capturing those moments. Whether that’s the morning rush for coffee, chatter over croissants, or the energy of an evening in our pizzerias, there’ll be the odd evening or weekend when it’s all happening, but that’s when the best stories are made.
About Us
Peter Pizzeria is a playful Neapolitan pizza brand with restaurants in Nottingham, Loughborough and Leicester.
Public is a creative coffee and bakery brand known for croissants, coffee and community, with coffee shops in Nottingham, Mountsorrel, Loughborough & Leicester (opening soon).
Both brands are set to grow, with 2 new sites opening by the end of 2026.

Responsibilities
* Planning, creating and posting high‑quality content across Instagram, TikTok, and other platforms.
* Shooting short‑form video & photo content in‑store, including occasional weekends when our brands are at their busiest.
* Bringing campaigns to life with creative ideas and attention to detail.
* Maintaining a consistent tone of voice and visual identity.
* Day‑to‑day running of our social channels – engaging with our lovely community through stories, comments and DMs.
* Building & nurturing relationships with our community, influencers & content creators.
* Keeping ahead of trends and knowing what good content looks like for each brand.
This is a fast‑paced role with lots of independent working. Ideal for someone who’s full of creative ideas and obsessed with the little details that make content great.
Qualifications
* Has experience creating social content in a professional or brand setting.
* Is confident in shooting and editing short‑form video on iPhone (CapCut, Canva etc).
* Can write strong, on‑brand captions and knows what makes a great hook.
* Understands how to manage a content calendar.
* Has brilliant attention to detail – whether it’s spelling, formatting or brand consistency.
* Isn’t afraid to get stuck in, jump behind the camera, or show up on screen.
* Can work independently but also take direction and feedback well.
* Exceptional time management and organisation.
* A full driving licence and personal car (travel between sites is required).
