School Receptionist
I'm currently working with a number of welcoming and well-regarded Primary Schools across North London who are looking to appoint experienced and enthusiastic School Receptionists.
If you're an organised, friendly, and professional administrator who enjoys being at the heart of a busy school environment, I'd love to hear from you.
As a School Receptionist, you'll be the first point of contact for parents, visitors, pupils, and staff, playing a key role in ensuring the smooth day-to-day running of the school office. Duties may include managing the reception area, handling telephone and email enquiries, maintaining attendance records, supporting admissions processes, and providing general administrative support to the wider school team.
I'm particularly keen to speak with candidates who have:
• Previous school administration or reception experience
• Knowledge of systems such as SIMS, Arbor, or Bromcom (desirable)
• Excellent communication and customer service skills
• Strong organisational abilities and attention to detail
• A professional, approachable, and proactive attitude
