A boutique asset management firm and family office in London’s West End is looking for an experienced Executive Assistant to support their Chief Investment Officer (CIO).
This is a fast-paced, high-trust environment where discretion matters. You’ll be the right hand to the CIO, keeping things running smoothly across both business and personal priorities. There’s also room to get involved in investor relations and marketing, especially as the firm prepares for a major relaunch.
The Role:
You’ll take full ownership of the CIO’s day-to-day coordination while working closely with the wider support team.
What you’ll be doing:
* Manage a complex and ever-changing diary
* Coordinate international, multi-leg business travel
* Plan personal and family travel
* Support with family logistics where needed
* Prepare reports, presentations, and meeting materials
* Assist with a developing marketing initiative
* Manage expenses and general admin
* Oversee some personal and household logistics
* Provide light out-of-hours support when required
Essential:
* Strong experience supporting C-suite executives (business + personal support)
* Background in a family office, boutique finance, or similar environment
* Highly organised, able to juggle multiple priorities
* Strong attention to detail and numeracy
* Clear and confident written communication
* Solid IT skills (Microsoft Office, CRM systems)
* Discreet, professional, and calm under pressure
* Proactive mindset — you spot problems before they happen
* Team player with a low-ego approach
Nice to have:
* Exposure to investment or financial services terminology
* Interest in marketing or investor relations
* Comfortable supporting with new tech adoption
Package:
* Salary: Competitive (based on experience)
