The Role They are seeking an experienced Project Quantity Surveyor to join their expanding Manchester office. You’ll play a key role in managing the commercial aspects of projects from inception through to completion, working across mixed life-cycle schemes including extensions, refurbishments, and new builds. Key Responsibilities: Manage all aspects of cost planning, procurement, and contract administration. Prepare estimates, budgets, bills of quantities, and tender documentation. Oversee valuations, variations, and final accounts. Liaise with clients, contractors, and design teams to ensure smooth project delivery. Provide commercial and cost advice throughout all project stages. Support the continued growth of the Manchester office and contribute to developing local client relationships. About You: Degree-qualified in Quantity Surveying or a related discipline. Ideally chartered (MRICS) or actively working towards accreditation. Experience working across building projects within public and/or private sectors. Strong communication and stakeholder management skills. Proactive, self-motivated, and enthusiastic about contributing to a growing team.
