Regional Partnership Manager (NHS Relationships & Business Development)
Full‑time, permanent – hybrid working (home, London office & regional travel to dedicated patch)
Salary £50,000–£60,000 + quarterly bonus
About our client
Our client is a private mental health services provider. Since setting the business up, they’ve experienced huge growth and have further ambitious plans for expansion. They’re now establishing a dedicated partnership division to drive NHS relationships, commercial growth and strategic influence.
The role
Reporting to the Associate Director of NHS Partnerships, you will build and maintain strategic regional relationships across Integrated Care Boards (ICBs), NHS trusts, Primary Care Networks (PCNs), GP practices and other key stakeholders. Your remit will include:
* Proactively engaging regional ICB leads, commissioning managers and mental health trust leaders.
* Mapping local priorities, gaps and opportunities, and representing the organisation at ICB, provider collaborative and PCN forums.
* Identifying NHS tenders, pilots and contracts; providing local insights to inform bid strategy and service design; and contributing to business cases and commissioner briefings.
* Supporting the mobilisation of new contracts, resolving operational barriers, and feeding back on performance and risks.
* Working closely with clinical, operational, communications and data teams to ensure consistent messaging and aligned delivery.
About you
The ideal candidate for this role will be an accomplished partnership manager or business development professional with a strong understanding of NHS structures and commissioning. You have experience working in or alongside ICBs, NHS trusts, PCNs or independent healthcare providers, and can build credible relationships with senior NHS stakeholders. Strategic thinking and the ability to identify opportunities and risks early are essential. You will be self‑motivated, organised and comfortable travelling across your region. Familiarity with mental health or neurodevelopmental services is desirable.
What’s on offer
This role offers a competitive salary plus a quarterly company performance bonus. You’ll have a mixed working pattern: onsite time in London, flexibility to work remotely, and field‑based visits across your region. More importantly, you’ll be part of a mission‑driven team transforming access to high‑quality care, with real influence over both day‑to‑day service delivery and long‑term strategy.
The region for this role is yet to be decided, so we encourage people to apply and discuss preferences.
