Role Summary We're looking for a hands-on, detail-oriented Manufacturing Operative to join our team. In this role, you'll: Operate a range of specialist plastics equipment to produce machined components within precise drawing tolerances. Liaise with the planner to ensure machined components consistently meet drawing specifications and tolerances, always maintaining high quality standards. Support secondary operations, ensuring all dispatches are packed to maintain our high-quality standards. Assist with planning and production of customer parts. Support warehouse duties, including handling materials, preparing shipments, and maintaining stock accuracy. Carry out set tasks in a safe, efficient, and timely manner. What We're Looking For: A proactive team player with a strong work ethic. Someone who values safety, precision, and quality. Experience in plastics or manufacturing is a plus, but full training will be provided. Benefits A competitive remuneration package.
