Job Description
The Property Solicitor will be:* Drafting, reviewing and negotiating asset management documents including leases, licences and variations* Managing transactions such as lease grants, renewals, assignments and terminations* Delivering a high-quality service aligned with client expectations* Working on the management of client property portfolios* Ensuring compliance with legal, regulatory and operational requirements* Working with in-house legal, estates and operational teams* Building strong client relationships through proactive communication
The Successful Applicant
The Property Solicitor should be:* A solicitor with 0-3 years PQE* Experienced in commercial property or asset management work* Commercially aware with strong drafting and negotiation skills* Able to manage multiple transactions efficiently* A confident communicator with strong stakeholder engagement skills* Interested in working within a managed legal services environment
