* Before submitting your application, you should read our to understand how Bupa will use, store and share your information.* For Australia or New Zealand candidates - Before submitting your application, you should read our to understand how Bupa will use, store and share your information.**£41.7k - £52.1k DOE** + **fantastic benefits** * Clarifying & documenting business data definitions and business requirements* Supporting the creation of star schema data models* Extracting actionable insights which internal customers can understand and use* Giving tactical recommendations to help internal customers meet their goals* Creating insightful dashboards and reports* Supporting the Senior Management and various functions of the marketing function with outputs to support the squad’s agreed deliverables, including requirements documentation, gap analysis, impact analysis, data definitions, sizing and value assessment.* Developing collaborative relationships with other Bupa agile delivery squads and internal customers* Championing data best practices, provide regular honest feedback and identify opportunities to improve Bupa’s data analytics operating model* Proven hands-on data analysis experience gained in a commercial organisation* Experience of managing the development and delivery of a data product for an internal customer and establishing and monitoring KPIs to measure value delivered* Experience with data languages such as SQL, DAX and knowledge of Snowflake are essential* Awareness of relational database structures, principles, and practices* Collaborative team player, able to work autonomously and prioritise work in an agile squad in a fast-moving environment* Flexible to embrace change, an analytical problem-solver with the skillset to develop clear insights for the business* Understanding of Cloud technologies, development approaches, tools and techniques* Experience of project management methods e.g. agile, waterfall, Scrum* Experience with data visualisations tools such as Power BI would be an advantageOur benefits are designed to make health happen for our people.
