Operations & PA Support Supervisor

We're looking for an Operations & PA Support Supervisor to support our shareholders and management team, keep our operations running smoothly, and make sure our guests always feel cared for.
This role is a mix of office-based admin and coordination with some hands-on support when needed (including stepping in with cleaning during busy times). You'll also be the out-of-hours phone contact for guest liaison (no late-night call-outs — just phone-based support).
What you'll do:
* Provide PA-style support: sourcing products, liaising with suppliers, and handling admin.
* Supervise and support the operations and cleaning team.
* Step in with light hands-on duties when required.
* Keep properties stocked, organised, and guest-ready.
* Be the out-of-hours phone contact for guest calls (triaging issues to the right team).
* Prepare simple weekly updates and reports for shareholders.
What we're looking for:
* Experience in admin, hospitality, property, or operations.
* Strong organisation and communication skills.
* Basic IT skills (email, spreadsheets, messaging apps).
* A flexible, proactive approach — happy to "pitch in" when needed.
* Full UK driving licence (essential).
* Someone calm under pressure and great with people.
