We are looking for a hardworking and reliable HGV Driver to join our team. You will be required to travel to our sites making deliveries and collections. You may also be required to work in the yard and on site using a forklift to prepare the lorries for deliveries and collections. Forklift Training is beneficial but not essential as full training with the company will be provided.
About AWD Scaffolding
We are a team of highly trained scaffolders and site operatives, with our yard based in Stotfold. We are pleased to be able to offer a complete range of scaffolding services to both commercial and residential clients with most of our work based in Hertfordshire, North London, Cambridgeshire, Bedfordshire and Buckinghamshire.

Requirements of Scaffolder & HGV Driver
· Reliability is key - we are looking for people who are willing to put the effort in and turn up 5 days a week.
· CISRS Card essential – Scaffolding Labourer to Part 1 Scaffolder.
· Driving License with Full HGV license – Must have access to own transport to travel to our yard in Stotfold or direct to sites when necessary.
· This role is self-employed. You must have a UTR number and be CIS registered.
· Forklift training is beneficial but not essential – Full Forklift training will be provided.
· Must have a valid digital tacho driver card as the company takes readings from all lorry drivers on a regular basis.
· Excellent organisation skills.
Responsibilities of Scaffolder & HGV Driver
· Work will be based at our yard in Stotfold and on sites.
· You will be required to travel to our sites making deliveries and collections in our lorries.
· Use of the company's and the site forklift trucks for loading and unloading lorries.
· Good organisation skills are required to keep the lorries and yard well maintained.
