As Night Butler, you will take ownership of delivering this signature service during overnight hours, ensuring that every guest request is handled with discretion, efficiency and care. You will provide bespoke, personalised service while maintaining a calm and composed presence, supporting both guest experience and operational continuity throughout the night. This role is ideal for a dedicated hospitality professional who thrives in a quieter, detail‑focused environment and takes pride in anticipating guest needs.
Key Responsibilities
1. Provide personalised Butler service overnight, ensuring seamless guest experiences from late arrival through to early departure
2. Anticipate and respond proactively to guest needs, delivering thoughtful and tailored service
3. Coordinate with Front Office, Housekeeping and other departments to ensure smooth operations
4. Support late arrivals, early departures and in‑room service requests with professionalism and care
5. Maintain accurate records of guest preferences to enhance personalised service
6. Ensure all overnight guest requests are fulfilled promptly, maintaining the highest service standards
7. Handle guest enquiries and concerns with discretion, professionalism and a solution‑focused approach
8. Prepare for the following day by supporting pre‑arrival arrangements and guest preferences where required
9. Uphold all St.Regis brand standards, service rituals and confidentiality expectations
10. Maintain a safe and secure environment, following all company policies and procedures
11. Ensure a professional appearance, communication style and demeanour at all times
12. Take a hands‑on approach to operational duties, supporting the wider team as needed

13. Previous experience in butler service, ideally within a luxury environment
