Microsoft 365 architect/ lead

Role: Technical Team Leader – Microsoft 365

Location : London WC1V 7BD (hybrid 3 day weekly onsite)

Qualifications, experience, and skills

• Bachelor’s degree in computer science, information systems, or equivalent experience gained in a consulting environment.
• Strong knowledge of Microsoft 365 architecture, administration, security, and governance.
• Strong PowerShell capability, with practical experience of automating and operating Microsoft 365, Entra ID, and Intune at scale.
• Relevant Microsoft certifications in Microsoft 365, security, identity, or endpoint management, or equivalent demonstrable experience.
• Experience designing and implementing client-facing Microsoft solutions, particularly in identity and access management using Microsoft Entra ID and endpoint management using Microsoft Intune.
• Strong understanding of governance, security, and compliance controls relevant to identity and endpoint management, including Conditional Access, MFA, device compliance, baseline policies, and secure configuration.
• Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills, with the ability to explain complex technical concepts to both technical and non-technical audiences.
• A passion for learning new technologies and staying current with Microsoft 365 trends and best practices, particularly in relation to AI and Copilot.
