Behaviour Support Assistant - SEN & Secondary - GrimsbyLocation: Grimsby and surrounding areasSalary: £95 - £100 per dayAre you experienced in managing behaviour and passionate about supporting young people with additional needs? Reed Education is seeking Behaviour Support Assistants to work in secondary and SEN settings across Grimsby. Your role will be to support pupils with behavioural and emotional needs, helping them engage in learning and build positive relationships.We are looking for candidates with:
* Experience working with children or young people with SEMH needs
* Confidence in managing challenging behaviour
* A resilient, empathetic, and adaptable mindset
* Team Teach or similar behaviour management training (advantageous)
