Job Description
The Interim HR Projects Manager will be responsible for:
3. Lead and manage HR projects from initiation to completion, ensuring alignment with organisational goals including restructures, pay reviews and succession planning.
4. Develop and implement HR policies and procedures to support business objectives.
5. Collaborate with internal stakeholders to identify and address HR-related challenges.
6. Analyse workforce data to inform strategic decision-making processes.
7. Ensure compliance with employment laws and regulations.
8. Deliver training programmes to enhance employee skills and development.
9. Monitor and evaluate the effectiveness of HR initiatives and recommend improvements.
10. Provide expert advice on HR best practices to senior management.
The Successful Applicant
A successful Interim HR Projects Manager should have:
11. A degree or equivalent qualification in Human Resources or a related field.
12. Proven expertise in managing HR projects and delivering measurable outcomes.
13. Strong knowledge of employment legislation and compliance requirements.
14. Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills to engage with diverse teams.
15. Proficiency in analysing and interpreting workforce data.
16. Experience in the Leisure, Travel & Tourism industry is advantageous.
