Customer Service Advisor – Part Time Six Month Contract We have a fantastic opportunity for a Customer Service Advisor to join our Team, we are on the lookout for talented individuals to deliver the best possible customer care, working on an inbound and outbound sales activity for the entire company. Hours of working – Monday, Tuesday and Wednesday The Main Responsibilities Are Managing customer queries via inbound calls and emails Making outbound calls to promote our products to existing customers Pricing and entering order details on the system Delivering great service to customers Working towards sales targets Accurate Data Entry What you should be able to bring to the role: Previous experience in a customer service or sales role An upbeat friendly approach when speaking to customers is essential Passionate about customer service with the ability to ensure all customer interaction is positive and productive Motivated to achieve targets Resilience Attention to detail Ability to work under pressure Effective listening skills to understand customer needs Excellent communication skills on all platforms PC literate Why choose NWF Fuels?
