What You'll Be Doing:
As a Recruitment Coordinator, youll play a key role in supporting our experienced consultants. Your day-to-day will include:
Writing and posting job adverts online
Screening CVs and conducting telephone interviews
Assisting with face-to-face interviews
Carrying out reference checks to audit standards
Managing candidate records and ensuring compliance
Supporting with general admin reception duties, answering phones/emails etc.
