Job Description
This is a fantastic opportunity for an experienced telesales professional to further their career with the UK’s #1 independent provider of voice, connectivity, mobile, phone systems, and cloud services.
Salary: Up to £24,000 DOE
Commission:
* £50 per Saturday appointment
* 5% of gross profit on sales made from your leads
* OTE - £40K
Location: Various Locations - Office Based
Working Hours: Monday to Friday, 37.5 hours

Responsibilities
* Sourcing, researching, and prospecting new business opportunities and following up.
* Accurately entering and maintaining customer information in the company database.
* Making outgoing calls to book appointments for the field sales team.
* Understanding clients’ business communication needs.
* Creating and managing a sales pipeline.
* Booking a target number of appointments daily.
* Reporting on sales opportunities.
* Training and developing with new and existing colleagues.
* Personal commission reporting.
* Leading telesales in the absence of the manager.
Qualifications
* Proven telesales, telemarketing, or IT experience is advantageous.
* Excellent presentation, interpersonal, and communication skills are essential.
* Self-motivated and target-driven.
* Team player.
* Problem-solving skills.
* Previous Telesales Executive experience preferred.
* Telesales/telemarketing in the IT sector is desirable.
