As a Wellbeing and Activities Co-ordinator, you will support our residents in expressing their interests and assist the wellbeing lead in planning, designing, organizing, and delivering engaging, person-centered activities that fulfill residents' wishes.
You will create a stimulating environment promoting lifestyle choices, happiness, development, and fun, working collaboratively with team members, residents, and relatives.
You will support our leadership team on our journey to achieve outstanding care quality.

Requirements:
Ideally, you will have previous experience in a similar role, supporting and organizing activity programs, with excellent organizational, listening, and communication skills (verbal, non-verbal, written). Basic proficiency in Microsoft Office applications (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) is required.
This role may be suitable for applicants with an occupational therapy background.
