The Recruitment Consultant / Coordinator Role
Work in a busy, fast-paced recruitment environment supporting and driving sales activity
Build relationships with candidates and clients across commercial roles
Manage the full recruitment process from attraction to placement
Interview candidates face-to-face and via video
Write and manage job adverts, handling high volumes of applications
Source candidates using multiple methods and build a strong talent pipeline
Work towards and exceed sales and performance targets
Support business development by identifying and generating new leads
About You
Previous experience in a busy office environment is essential
Experience in a coordination, customer service or sales-based role
Target-driven with a strong desire to succeed and earn
Organised, able to manage multiple priorities and deadlines
Previous recruiter or sales experience is beneficial but not essential
