I am working with a client based in West Yorkshire to recruit a Scheduler on a temporary basis. The roles have the potential to turn permanent. We’re seeking an experienced Scheduler / Planner to join their team. In this role, you’ll play a key part in ensuring field‑based teams are deployed efficiently, customermitments are met, and operational assets are supported day‑to‑day. This will be working in a fast-paced environment.
What you’ll be doing
1. Planning and scheduling the daily workload of field operations teams.
2. Allocating internal and external resources using work management systems.
3. Prioritising tasks to meet service levels and performance targets.
4. Acting as a point of contact for customer updates and job progress.
5. Monitoring operational alarms and coordinating initial responses where needed.
6. Raising work orders and supporting asset performance activities.
7. Managing chemical orders for operational sites.
8. Maintaining accurate records and producing operational reports.

9. Experience in scheduling, planning, resource coordination, or a similar role is essential.
10. Strong customer service skills with a proactive approach to resolving issues.
11. Confidentmunicator who works well with internal teams and external partners.
12. Excellent planning and organisational skills.
13. High attention to detail, especially when reviewing reports or investigating anomalies.
14. Ability to work independently and as part of a collaborative team.
15. Strong IT skills and experience with scheduling or work management systems.
