Key Responsibilities:
1. Manage the budget, set category strategy, and deliver savings for local indirect spend excluding Working Media but including local categories such as promotional displays, local marketing spend, and management of commercial fixed costs.
2. Support key global categories such as copy production, market research, creative agencies, and manage associated fixed costs.
3. Support all key projects, owning sourcing recommendations and influencing sourcing decisions.
4. Drive compliance with purchasing policies and increase procurement involvement coverage. Monitor suppliers' financial situation, identify risks, and take appropriate actions.
5. Responsible for contracting with suppliers and increasing the number of contracts covering the spend.
6. Utilize the Ariba platform for submitting business allowances for approval.
Minimum Qualifications:
* Bachelor's degree, preferably in Engineering, Manufacturing, Finance, Business, or relevant disciplines; MBA is an advantage.
* 5+ years of experience in Procurement within an international company; FMCG experience is a plus.
* Proven expertise in Category Management, especially within Indirect categories like Marketing and Facility Management.
* Experience managing complex, cross-functional sourcing projects.
* Fluency in English for negotiations and internal communication; additional languages are a plus.
