The Role: Provide one-to-one support to a child, helping them stay engaged and reach their learning goals. Work closely with the class teacher to create a positive and structured learning space. Identify and manage triggers, implementing strategies to support the child's emotional and educational development. Foster confidence, independence, and positive behaviours in the classroom.
