A well‑established construction and property servicespany based in Liverpool is seeking to appoint a Quantity Surveyor to support themercial delivery of a diverse portfolio of projects across the region.The business operates acrossmercial construction, and property services related works, delivering high-quality solutions for a range of private and public sector clientsThe Role
1. Fullmercial management of projects from pre‑construction through to final account
2. Preparation of cost plans, budgets, forecasts and monthly reporting
3. Procurement andmercial management of subcontractor packages
4. Valuations, variations and change control
5. Final account preparation and negotiation
6. Working closely with project and site teams to drivemercial performance
7. Ensuringpliance with contractual andmercial requirements
The Candidate
8. Proven experience working as a Quantity Surveyor within construction or property services
9. Strong understanding of cost control, subcontractor management and reporting
10. JCT and NEC experience (NEC experience advantageous)
11. Confidentmunicator able to work collaboratively with internal and external stakeholders
12. Degree‑qualified or equivalent industry experience preferred
