In this role, you’ll:
* Partner with services and leadership teams to deliver high-quality HR support.
* Provide advice on people management, employment law, and organisational change.
* Lead on strategic HR initiatives and contribute to continuous improvement.
We’d love to hear from you if you have:
* Experience in a People/HR Business Partner role.
* Experience of leading workforce planning discussions.
* Excellent knowledge of employment legislation.
* Strong organisational skills and attention to detail.
* Ability to build meaningful relationships with our service areas to proactively embed our people policies and practices.
* A proactive, collaborative approach and commitment to our values.
