We’re searching for an incredible Building Services Manager!
Our Rondo luxury new Build to Rent development is a stylish new project offering residents amenities such as a Gym, Gym Studio, Cinema room, PDRs and Workspaces, Resident Lounges, Terraces, 24/7 concierge, and onsite maintenance.
This full-time role is based within the development. You will be responsible for ensuring the development meets all maintenance, health & safety standards, remains 100% compliant, and delivers exceptional customer service. You will manage a maintenance and housekeeping team across Rondo.

What will you do?
* Effectively manage a team of 6
* Budget management
* Promote effective client relationships and high customer satisfaction
* Develop, implement, and monitor quality processes for compliance and continuous improvement
* Proactively address maintenance and cleaning issues, conducting site inspections
* Ensure risk assessments and method statements are in place
* Outline safe operational procedures, identifying hazards and recommending changes
* Oversee health and safety audits and follow-up actions
* Manage annual testing and training, maintaining records
* Drive performance through objective setting, personal development, team meetings, and reviews
What are we looking for?
* Experience in facilities management and H&S roles (essential)
* Property/residential experience (preferred)
* Experience managing contractors
* People management skills with a results-driven approach
* Proven track record in delivering high standards of customer service
* Strong commercial and financial acumen
* Knowledge of relevant regulations and best practices
* Proficiency in current Health, Safety, and Environment legislation
