Overview
Swimming Instructor - Esher
We are now recruiting Swimming Coaches for NEW HOURS! Sports Generation is an expanding swimming business based in and around the Esher area.
Coaches will be self-employed at a starting hourly rate from £25 to £29 per hour.
Sports Generation has been created to provide high-quality coaching to all clients. The basic principle behind our coaching philosophy is to build confidence and develop skills to maximize potential and build a greater understanding of the specific sport itself.
Details
* Instructors must hold the necessary Swim England or STA certification. If your qualifications are with Swim England, we require both Level 1 and Level 2 certificates. If your qualifications are with STA we require both the Level 2 Award and Level 2 Certificate.
* We offer extremely competitive rates of pay and operate in luxury environments. Experienced pre-school lesson instructors are actively encouraged to apply.
Responsibilities & Expectations
* Deliver high-quality swimming coaching to clients in a way that builds confidence, develops skills, and maximizes potential.
* Support parents by encouraging children to participate in sports and enjoy their activities.
* Work as a self-employed coach within the Sports Generation framework at the Esher venue.
Qualifications
* Swim England: Level 1 and Level 2 certificates, or STA: Level 2 Award and Level 2 Certificate.
* Experience in delivering pre-school swimming instruction is encouraged.
