About the Role
Unique Group is currently seeking to hire a Proposals/Cost Engineer.
Job Description
* To coordinate proposals entering the organization through the sales and engineering teams.
* Attend trade shows and customer meetings where required.
* Organize and document all in-coming enquires and work alongside cost engineering, sales, engineering and supply.chain to deliver winning proposals.
* Manage costs and ensure best profit is made on every project.
* Achieve EBITDA targets.
* Provide technical and commercial support to the commercial team.
* Increase conversion rates.
Knowledge, Skill and Experience
* Mechanical engineering degree or trade background.
* Organized and experienced with Microsoft packages.
* Ability to multi task and log data.
* Past experience with back deck equipment, specifically LARS
