We have the exciting opporutunity for a Senior Case Worker to join our Northumberland Together in a Crisis Team! This is a part-time (18.75 hrs per week) role, contracted until July 2026. Together in a Crisis provides a rapid response to people who, following contact with the NHS are assessed as not in need of an urgent statutory response, but who nevertheless are in emotional and psychological distress and may require an immediate response to their personally defined need. About the job As Senior Case Worker, you will working closely with the Team Lead, using your expertise and strong interpersonal skills to help develop and deliver this service. You will be responsible for your own case load and provide support and supervision to other Case Workers in the team. This role is not eligible for sponsorship as is does not meet the requirements as set out by the UK Visa and Immigration Service About you We would love to hear from you if you possess the following: Proven track record as an effective link worker / social prescriber. Experience of supporting the management and coaching of a team. Experience of delivering services in a community-based setting and working independently. Are able to work to deliver required performance targets. Strong personal skills and evidence of developing positive working relationships with individuals, colleagues and partnership organisations. Ability to work effectively as part of a team. Good administrative skills with the ability to support the Team Lead with the management of the service.
