With many years of experience in the design, installation, and maintenance of fire and security systems, they support clients across the West Midlands and throughout the UK. You will be primarily based at their office in Worcester, with occasional site visits to support FIRAS certification processes. You may also attend their office in Gloucester, as and when needed. What we need from you to apply: Minimum of 2 years experience working in a similar admin/office based role, with proven first-class administration skills, organised, efficient etc Flexible to work occasionally from their office in Gloucester and attend some site visits Have a keen eye for detail Possess a problem solving mindset Have excellent communication skills, coupled with an excellent telephone manner You will be self-motivated, able to work alone or as part of a team Good all round customer service skills with colleagues and customers Hold a current UK Driving Licence, with own transport What the role involves: This role offers and requires a degree of flexibility, including occasional site visits. Key Responsibilities will include: Handling and logging new enquiries Updating and maintaining systems and databases Liaising with internal and external stakeholders via email, telephone, and face-to-face Diary and meeting coordination Managing and organising documentation Chasing outstanding actions or documentation Monitoring shared inboxes and ensuring timely responses or escalation Assisting with internal audits or compliance checks, especially related to certifications like FIRAS Maintaining team records Salary: £24,000 - £26,000 per year, depending on experience. Hours: 37.5 hours per week. Monday to Friday 9.00am to 5.00pm.
