We are working with an education provider in the Merseyside area who are looking for a Pipefitting Vocational Assessor to join their team on a full-time and permanent basis.
Responsibilities
The successful candidate will travel to workplaces in the Wirral, MerseyWest, and Liverpool area to assess and mentor Pipefitting (and some Plate Welding) apprentices on their hands‑on skills.
Salary & Benefits
The starting salary for this position is up to £36,050 per annum. The package also includes pension, business mileage allowance, Mersey Tunnel fees, a health/life plan, and 30 days paid holiday (plus statutory holidays such as Bank Holidays). The client will also support funding for an assessor award if you do not already hold one.
Qualifications
* Industrial experience of Pipefitting
We will consider skilled industry candidates looking to move into training and can assist with achieving an Assessor Award on the job.
