New Business & Partnerships Lead


We’re looking for someone who sees opportunity before others do and makes things happen.


You’re calm when it’s chaotic, clear when it’s complex, and relentless about getting deals over the line. You understand the creator economy and don’t just chase revenue, you build partnerships that reshape how brands think about influencer marketing.

This is a build-from-scratch role. There’s no inherited pipeline. You’ll create one - targeting enterprise brands, corporates, and high-growth SMEs ready to do influencer marketing differently.


What You’ll Do


Enterprise Pipeline Development

* Identify and pursue enterprise brands (£1m+ annual media spend) focused on long-term brand trust over short-term sales
* Build targeted outreach to corporates and high-growth SMEs (Series A+) seeking measurable ROI
* Develop sector-specific plays across FMCG, beauty, food & beverage, lifestyle, tech, and wellness
* Pre-qualify all leads — minimum £20k spend, average deal size £50k+


Outbound Sales & Partnerships

* Build and own a repeatable outbound engine (email, LinkedIn, multi-touch cadences)
* Book and lead discovery meetings with senior decision-makers (CMOs, Marketing Directors, Growth Leads, Procurement)
* Confidently run in-person meetings where possible
* Qualify decisively — only pursue brands aligned with the ideal client profile
* Build relationships with senior leaders at both independent and network agencies


Pipeline & CRM Ownership

* Build and manage pipeline in HubSpot with clear stages and forecasting
* Clean, organise, and optimise CRM data where needed
* Track and report weekly on pipeline health, conversion, and forecast accuracy
* Identify new sectors and tactical opportunities on an ongoing basis
* Connect outbound, website intent, and engagement signals across the funnel


Marketing-Led New Business

* Work closely with marketing on campaigns, content, and events that attract the right brands
* Host and follow up on quarterly events — owning all lead conversion post-event
* Handle all inbound leads, qualifying fast and converting warm interest into meetings and briefs
* Balance inbound and outbound effectively without inbound slowing proactive growth
* Build personal thought leadership through writing, speaking, and industry presence


LinkedIn & Industry Presence

* Publish 2 LinkedIn posts per week building authority in influencer gifting and creator partnerships
* Engage meaningfully with target brands and industry conversations
* Attend 2–3 key industry events per quarter and actively network


Using Tech to Drive Pipeline

* Use tools such as LinkedIn Sales Navigator, Apollo, Dripify (or similar)
* Test and optimise outreach based on performance metrics
* Stay ahead of how brands evaluate influencer marketing partners

* Build a sustainable new business pipeline generating £600k+ annually across enterprise, corporate, and high-growth SME partnerships


Compensation

* Competitive base salary
