Tax Advisor
Due to continued growth, an opportunity has arisen for a Tax Advisor to join a collaborative Tax Advisory team. This role focuses on delivering bespoke tax advisory projects across a broad range of personal and corporate tax matters, supporting both clients and internal teams.
You will work on a variety of projects, either independently or as part of a wider team, providing high-quality, tailored advice.
Key requirements:
1. CTA qualified or qualified by experience, with 3+ years’ experience providing tax advice
2. Post-qualified experience desirable, but not essential
3. Corporate tax experience preferred
4. Strong analytical skills with the ability to see the bigger picture
5. Commercial awareness and sound business acumen
6. Ability to adapt communication style to different situations
7. Strong organisational skills with the ability to prioritise and meet deadlines
8. Ability to balance client and business needs effectively

18. Build strong, positive relationships to deliver a high level of client satisfaction
19. Proactively identify opportunities to add value and exceed client expectations
20. Manage client expectations and minimise risk when providing specialist tax advice
21. Business Development
22. Contribute to marketing and business development activities (e.g. networking, events, content creation)
23. Identify opportunities to introduce additional services where appropriate
24. People Development
25. Act as a role model, demonstrating high standards of performance and conduct
26. Stay up to date with technical developments, particularly changes in tax legislation
27. Engage in ongoing training and development (technical and soft skills)
28. Take ownership of personal development and performance, including regular feedback and reviews
29. Contribute positively to team and company-wide initiatives and meetings
30. Hours: Full-time, permanent (36.5 hours per week) – part-time considered
