THE PURPOSE OF THE ROLE

The primary purpose of the Business Services Co-ordinator is supporting the Bush & Co instructions team in maintaining and enhancing our relationships with our customers, associates, clients and internal teams. This is an exciting role which provides support with the set-up of all new instructions and follow on work throughout the litigation process and settlement.
WHAT YOU WILL BE DOING
- Be responsible for the accurate ‘set-up’ of all new cases across Case Management & Expert Witness Services, ensuring that accurate estimates have been completed, special handing instructions have been actioned and that the instructions have been received as originally as agreed at enquiry stage.
- To liaise with customers and associates in relation to their specific needs in terms of new instruction requirements.
- Source suitable Experts on existing cases when needed and providing fee estimates
- Issue appointment letters on behalf of our Consultants.
- Assist in the management of Expert Witness trial diaries.
- Assist with any further requests from solicitors/associates once formal instructions have been received
- Provide phone cover for other business teams and ensuring all calls are transferred within the allotted timeframe.
- Ensure all correspondence is saved to the correct case and is processed in a timely and efficient manner.
- Demonstrate excellent verbal and written communication when communicating with internal and external customers.
- Conduct accurate date cleansing tasks when necessary

- Substantial Administration experience combined with a passion delivering high quality customer service both internally and externally.
- Exceptional organisational skills.
- Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills (verbal and written),
