TSR Legal are pleased to be working on behalf of a well-established local law firm who are looking to appoint an experienced Residential Conveyancer (3+ years PQE) to join their small, close-knit team.

The Role
You will manage a varied residential conveyancing caseload independently, dealing with approximately 20 new instructions per month. The work is entirely local, with no panel involvement and no volume conveyancing.
Matters will typically include:
* Freehold and leasehold sales and purchases
* Transfers of equity
* Re-mortgages
* General residential property matters
The emphasis is very much on client care, accuracy, and relationships, rather than throughput.

The Ideal Candidate
* Qualified Solicitor, Licensed Conveyancer or Legal Executive
* 3+ years PQE in residential conveyancing
* Comfortable running a caseload independently
* Strong client care and communication skills
* Looking for a long-term role within a traditional, local firm
