Writer/Journalist Programme at The Borgen Project.
The Borgen Project is an international organisation that works at the political level to improve living conditions for people impacted by war, famine and poverty. The national campaign aims to influence foreign policy in the U.S., Canada and the U.K. to address global poverty. The organisation has 20 years of advocacy experience and has supported the passage of numerous bills benefiting hundreds of millions in developing countries.
Are you passionate about making a difference in the world? The Borgen Project is seeking individuals for a content-creation role focused on BORGEN Magazine or The Borgen Project Blog.
Responsibilities
 * Article writing.
 * Researching topics.
 * Assisting with The Borgen Project's advocacy efforts.
 * Assisting with fundraising and creating a personal fundraising campaign to meet targets.
Qualifications
Experience: No prior experience is necessary. We’re looking for people who are passionate about fighting poverty and righting wrongs, regardless of GPA or background.
Details
This is an unpaid programme, although college credit is available. This is a part-time programme at 12 hours per week for 12 weeks, remote. If your availability is limited, you can complete the programme in fewer weeks.

New programmes begin every month; you may choose the month you wish to start.
