Job Description
We are looking for an Electrician to work in social housing properties in Northampton and surrounding areas. This is a contract position with weekly pay and long term work available.This role consists of remedial, test and inspection works in tenanted social housing properties.
The Electrician will receive:
* Pay on price per works earning between £200 - £270 per day
* Long term contract work - up to 4 years
* Weekly pay
The Electrician successful will be expected to complete:
* Routine electrical maintenance and repairs in tenanted properties
* Perform EICR testing to ensure compliance with safety standards and regulations
* Remedial work within tenanted properties
* Identify and resolve electrical faults or hazards
We are really keen in speaking to any Electrician who has:
* NVQ Level 3 or equivalent
* 18th edition
* 2391 or equivalent
